Rules of kaffārahs

Issue 233. committing one of the forbidden acts during ihram absent-mindedly does not required kaffarah except for hunting whose kaffarah is obligatory in any case.
Issue 234. The kaffārah for hunting in ‘umrah must be slaughtered in Mecca al-mukarramah, while in hajj, it must be in Minā. Moreover, it is based on caution to do so with the other kaffārahs. If one neglected the slaughtering in Mecca or Minā and did it in his country or elsewhere, then it would be valid.
Issue 235. That for whom kaffarah becomes obligatory is not allowed to eat from its meat while there is no problem in eating from the obligatory sacrifice (hady) of hajj, mustahabb had or that slaughtered as a nadhr.
Issue 236. Kaffārahs of haram acts done during ihram should be given to the needy persons.
